Notes: According to the "Donald Walter Losenegger Family History", John Losenegger II and his wife Elsia settled at the Malone Cheese Factory where he made Limburger Cheese when Mr. Schaller was the owner. He and his wife and son John III moved to this farm in Blue Mounds and Vermont Townships where he started his own factory making Limburger cheese. The milk used was from their own dairy herd. The family sold cheese to local stores and private customers from as far away as Eau Claire. The building was razed. Part of the farm was in Blue Mounds Township S2.
